Qualifications and certifications are essential, but they are only part of a broader journey of personal and professional development.

With 20 years of experience in the corporate world, including 10 years living and working in the Netherlands, combined with experience in senior sales management positions, I have developed a distinctive set of skills and perspectives.

This hands-on experience is complemented by my knowledge and practice in professional coaching, mental performance training, and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT).

This multidisciplinary approach allows me to explore training from different perspectives: communication, behaviour, emotions, mental performance, adapting to change, interpersonal relationships, and understanding the mechanisms that influence our decisions and actions.

Understanding how we function to develop new skills and act more effectively.

My training programmes focus strongly on experimentation and practical application. Theoretical insights, discussions, exercises, and real-life scenarios enable participants to connect concepts with their own professional experiences.

The aim is not simply to share knowledge, but to help each participant better understand how they function, experiment with new approaches, and leave with practical methods and tools they can apply directly in their everyday professional life.
